Very good point. There is a good chance he'll do it just to clear his conscience if anything else. Clay is ready to kill anyone to protect himself, he's made that clear.
The more I watch the less I like about Clay. This is why none of us were surprised that he killed JT. We all knew it almost from the very start. But as the years go on you see how he really is just rotten and worthless right to the core. He does nothing to help anyone unless it also helps himself.
I hope we get to see him die before the show is over.
