Episode 13: The Revelator

Postby Jeremy » Sun Nov 16, 2008 2:56 am

In the wake of a tragedy, the club must re-evaluate its bonds of brotherhood.
I don't know ... who Clay's hitting, except for you. I'm sure he's hitting you, cause you're his wife and all.

Do you get the impression that John Teller IS speaking from the grave... I mean last week with Gemma and the homeless person, Jax with her again and Pinney giving him a new copy of the same thing Gemma just got rid of...that boy is getting signals all over the place!

Eh, Im not sure about that although I do agree with the unnatural amount of signs Jax is getting from "the grave" per se. My favorite part of this episode BY FAR is him turning his back on the entire club at the funeral. Jax knew what he was doing and Clay knew what it meant as well. I'm sure the white t-shirt was no coincidence either when at the funeral to signify the overall purity of Jax vs. the Club. I may be reading too far into it, but it fits in perfectly. I love this show, thanks for the forums!

I hadn't thought about the white shirt thing... could be. I thought that when the doc gave him his colors that he wasn't gonna put them on, of course that would have probably been going too far.

Can't wait for next season!

Cant wait for the 2nd season on this. I for one hope Opy is the one who puts a bullet in Tiggs head.

I agree, Opie should be the one to smoke Tig, I do get the strange feeling though that's not how things will play out. Still, Tig will get what he deserves next season, somehow some way, he'll get a big bag full of payback dropped off at his doorstep.

Awesome, awesome season finale. Cannot wait for next season.
In the meantime, I guess I'll watch season 1 again to see if I missed anything!

The white shirt was just under the grey sweatshirt that he gave the lady in the graveyard. I don't think there was anything pertaining to it.

I like that Tara decided to stay after the conversation with Jax. I think he needs a sane and good woman in his life as opposed to his mother and the drug addict ex-wife.

I completely agree about the white t-shirt thing and thought the same when I saw it.

I also liked how they had that song "John The Revelator" playing for the last few minutes, very fitting

This was a great season finale and I dont know how Im going to make it to next season :( Im totally addicted to this show

The white shirt to me the difference of thinking in the club....""time for Change " by Piney...!

I think the "book" by john teller will play out through the series , maybe closer than we know...

the tension from EP1 till now between Clay and Jax has to make a change
in the direction..

so far great show......love the way Kurt writes real life issues into the stories
