Preview of Episode 5 - Smite

This should be a good one!
I don't know ... who Clay's hitting, except for you. I'm sure he's hitting you, cause you're his wife and all.

Seriously, who spams their forum on someone else's forum without at least asking first. Might have to say something about that tomorrow night when we record out show.

Just finished up with the episode and still taking it in. Had a good idea what would happen to the van but not a clue who. There was a good amount of blood flowing there but from the trailer it's apparently there wasn't a death.

When I saw the van, I knew what was coming but didn't know who it was gonna affect. I saw whats his name and I was like "Oh no....." but thankfully he got out before it blew up but seems like he took a blow to the head. Yeah the trailer leaked that he didn't die thankfully. Next weeks episode is gonna be crazY. The league is going down!!!

Its a shame Gemma is still keeping it a secret. If SOA knew exactly who to look out for (the brainwasher League leaders daughter for example) then they could keep better control.

I didnt think at all about the van. I figured it was a chance meeting between Gemma and the daughter and she just abandoned the van out of desperation. Perhaps if she told Clay then, they might have anticipated the bomb. Oh well.

This was a great episode! When they were squaring off in the street, and Opie was walking tword them I was like "yeah".
It seems Clay has a small time mentality. I love how the table was split....glad Bobby went with Jax.
Gemma needs to do somthing...tell the club, or get even herself. I vote for get even herself!
Tara is hooked now, after she reads the book, she will be able to come to terms with everything that happens...for awhile.

first off, Jeremy well done. The amount of spam in here has dropped dramatically since I first join.

Ok, on to the episode. Gemma is being pushed and pushed and pushed by the AB and pretty soon she is going to snap and kill somebody. I think Tara is going to be with her and that will end up being her breaking point in the whole thing. But she is close to breaking anyways.

Jax getting between Opie and the AB was just dumb. He wasn't acting like an outlaw at all and more like a sissy who is afraid to throw hands with some people who are disrespecting his club. But as it turned out he had to walk his dogs anyways. Opie is a bad man and I loved Clay's line "watch this.." as he walked towards them. Op would have gotten 2 of them I bet at least..haha

Clay didn't seem pissed at Jax for voting against him...more like tired. Jax is just fighting him on everything and even though he thinks he is doing what is best for the club he is really hindering it more. Time to stop trying to think that you know what's best Jackson and let the President run things.

Hale is going to finally align himself with SAMCRO even if it is going to be just a temporary thing. He is going to because he knows this evil and is comfortable with it and the AB bring a totally different evil that is beyond even what the Sons do.

And lastly....Chip can't die. There is a whole IRA story coming that he has to be a part of. But something tells me I could be wrong there too. Kurt Sutter has really kept me on my toes and written an awesome show. He gives you the story driven episode but then comes right back and the next one has blood, explosions, fights, guns, etc.

When I saw the van being towed in I thought "Oklahoma City". I figured the van was packed with explosives and would be towed into the shop only to blow up later in the evening taking out the clubhouse. I figured there would be something that would get the club out of the clubhouse just prior to the bomb going off but the clubhouse would be totally destroyed.

Found it interesting that Jax gave Tara JT's book to read. Even more interesting was what Jax told Tara about his plans for changing the club and ridding the club of all the stuff Tara didn't like.

I thought it was hilarious how Jax told Opie not to attack the AB in the street but as soon as his bike was knocked over he threw the first punch. Hey Jax, do as I say, not as I do?

The score card as I see it:
AB: 3 (the rape, the eye, the bomb)
SAMCRO: 1 (the meth lab)
