Also, I think Jax is losing Bobby. When Bobby said, "I'm gonna have to pick a corner." He was implying that he would pick Clay's. Of course... Bobby doesn't know about Donna. That might change his opinion.

Bobby knows about Donna. I didn't think he did until I re-watched the last episode of last season. Stahl enters the interrogation room where Bobby is sitting and tells him about Donna being killed. He asked why she was telling him that, and then she told him that she had Opie set up as the snitch. He has to know, or at least heavily suspect, that Clay wacked Donna. When I found that out, it changed so many things.

I stand corrected 8-) thanks for pointing it out.

You're absolutely right. I too had forgotten this fact. So why is Bobby choosing Clay? I think it's either because it's a safer choice, or he thinks Stahl was just messing with him to get him to confess. Or it could be a combination of the two.

And I agree with you Valtam, that wasn't an "ass kicking" that was a pretty even fight. Jax may have barely come out on top, but that was a very close fight, and the best I've seen on TV.
I don't know ... who Clay's hitting, except for you. I'm sure he's hitting you, cause you're his wife and all.

I think Bobby was warning Jax not to make a move unless he had enough support to prevent splitting the club. I think Bobby's loyalties are grounded in the club (and not so much Clay). that said what I mean is following the prez's lead. Maybe Bobby did figure out that Clay had Donna popped but he doesn't (or didn't) have any hard proof until Jax went off on Clay. now he has enough circumstancial pieces of the puzzle to put it together.

This week is gonna be really good!

And now, Opie has reasons to question what happened to Donna. Thanks to Bobby.

Why choose Clay ? "Because... he earned it."
