SAMCRO faces a poweful adversary that jeopardizes their business with the cartel.
I don't know ... who Clay's hitting, except for you. I'm sure he's hitting you, cause you're his wife and all.

That was an intense episode for sure. Wow!

I wasn't surprised by Kozik getting killed. In real life Kenny is pretty busy, and it was well known his part was only temporary, but what a way to go, being blown to bits. I think this might be the thing that "hits home" hard enough to rally the guys against dealing with the cartel.

Not that clay needs another strike against him, but this helps Bobby out big time.

Otto turning over isn't a huge surprise. I thought it was great how he commanded the conversation with Potter though. He was in total control over the situation and got what he wanted out of the deal. I think he's feeling betrayed and probably feels his life has been wasted.

Wendy seemed like a distraction. Another thorn in the side that you don't really care about. This season has the club dealing with all kinds of shit, this one is like having a penny in your shoe compared to some of the other stuff, but it is an interesting angle. Wendy coming back as a junkie would be problematic enough but as a clean woman with a clear head she's more of an obstacle.

And Opie finding Piney.. wow. When I think of the most incredible, emotional scenes of this show... we have Gemma's Rape, Jax on the doc when his son is kidnapped, and this scene. This is the stuff that's supposed to win Emmy awards, this is the most convincing acting you'll find on television. Watching it will break your heart.

Tig giving up the SAA patch was pretty unexpected. He's been pushed aside and drifted away for a while now, but this finalizes it. He's done being Clay's right hand. He has no supporters now.

Whether Clay is killed and by who is still a mystery. But he has no support and his only way to stay in power is to pull leverage from somewhere. Somehow the club will have to "need" him and I have a feeling he can set this up. He's been in this position before and he's an excellent snake, we'll see how he snakes his way out of this.
